Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Products in stock are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Transit time is 1-3 business days depending on the chosen carrier. Total delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.
Can I change the address after placing an order?
Address change is only possible before dispatch. After handing the shipment to the carrier, you can use the carrier's redirection service (if supported).
How do I know the shipment has been sent?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number. Most carriers also send an SMS notification before delivery.
What if the shipment is damaged?
When receiving a damaged shipment, fill out a damage report with the carrier and contact us. We will replace the shipment or refund your money.
Do you offer personal pickup?
We do not currently offer personal pickup. You can use delivery to a Zasilkovna pickup point near your home or workplace.
